Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, assembly, installation and carpentry work as needed.- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies required for maintenance tasks.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.- Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events and activities.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
