Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter (Contract) to expand
and shape their growing GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring a
smooth candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role competencies
and requirements
Utilize creative sourcing methods to access diverse talent pools
and build talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, focusing on
Marketing and Sales roles
Proven success in using proactive sourcing strategies to engage
passive candidates
Experience partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic
hiring initiatives
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS is preferred
