Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate (Long Term
Care).
Key Responsibilities
Screen uninsured hospital patients for eligibility in medical or
disability assistance programs
Complete applications and maintain accurate documentation in
company and hospital systems
Collaborate with hospital staff and assist applicants with
necessary reports and appointments
Qualifications and Requirements
Some college coursework preferred
Prior hospital experience preferred
Professional experience with state and federal programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and
Outlook
Ability to adapt to changing processes and work in a fast-paced
environment
