Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
(Shared Services) Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of accounts payable including invoice processing
and vendor management
Create and manage customer invoices and facilitate payment
processes
Assist with reconciliations and monitor open accounts payable and
receivable balances
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting
preferred
1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or
bookkeeping
1-2 years of experience using QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or NetSuite
Software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable
principles
