Job Description:

A company is looking for a Conventional Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities

Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, including credit reports and appraisals
Perform data entry into DU/LP systems and execute final AUS assessments
Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and communicate loan decisions professionally

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent underwriting experience with Conventional loan products
In-depth knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and investor guidelines
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
