A company is looking for a Claims Team Leader Specialty
(Marine/Aviation).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Claims Specialty team, focusing on transport,
aviation, and event cancellation
Organize workflow and reporting, while supporting global claims
processing and negotiations
Optimize work processes and collaborate with underwriting, risk
management, and service providers
Required Qualifications
Completed training in the insurance or business field; a degree in
a relevant area is advantageous
At least 5 years of experience in claims management for transport
and aviation in large corporate environments
Proven experience in personnel management
Strong knowledge of the national and international insurance
markets
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
