Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, EBO Operations Director
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure effective
execution of EBO programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage internal and
external processes for GSE compliance
Initiate process improvement initiatives and create strategic plans
within budget constraints
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree
preferred
8+ years of management experience in a large and complex
environment
Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans
Experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders
Progressive experience in developing and implementing solutions
across multiple locations
