Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Building Science Consultant
responsible for leading and supporting technical aspects of
residential energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical lead for residential energy efficiency
programs, providing training and support to staff and partners
Lead program development by standardizing project scopes and
refining bid review processes
Develop and deliver training on weatherization and healthy homes
while building relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant work experience in residential energy
principles and weatherization best practices
Experience in developing training content and mentoring teams
Strong proficiency in energy auditing software and Microsoft Office
Suite
Experience in standardizing processes related to project scopes and
contractor bid reviews
Leadership or management experience preferred; bilingual
communication skills are a plus
