Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Support Analyst to implement
key product initiatives and support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business value by supporting high-priority initiatives
through research and rating knowledge
Execute coding tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring
compliance with coding standards
Provide pre and post-production support by monitoring system
enhancements and defects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year related experience
Basic knowledge of business operations and IT concepts
Understanding of diverse technologies and current architectures
Negotiation skills and familiarity with pricing and rating systems
are preferred
