Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Specialist
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Completes customer complaint documentation accurately and
timely
Evaluates complaints for necessary investigations and regulatory
reporting
Develops and analyzes trend reports and communicates results with
internal departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field
Excellent statistical analysis and data mining skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Experience in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Quality
Assurance in medical devices is preferred
Minitab and advanced Excel skills are desirable
