Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Design Lead to drive user-centered
design for a growing marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability
testing
Create personas and map user journeys to guide design decisions
Design user flows and build prototypes to improve usability and
streamline interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or
related field
5+ years of UX experience, with expertise in web, mobile, and
responsive platforms
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
principles
Deep experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or
v0.Dev
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
