Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor to
manage real estate contracts remotely in Washington.
Key Responsibilities
Complete tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and
Designated Broker in a timely manner
Review contracts for legal and contractual compliance in real
estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide necessary assistance
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of Washington
Experience with real estate contracts in Washington is required
Familiarity with both North and South Washington real estate
contracts is a plus
Ability to utilize company-provided tools and technology for
communication and task management
Experience in supporting compliance efforts within a brokerage
environment
