Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Associate to manage client
operations and support sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for client sourcing and screening
projects
Interact with clients to gather project requirements and
communicate strategies
Create and present project recap decks using data storytelling
techniques
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to learn new
technologies
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced
environment
Experience with job boards and sourcing or recruiting operations is
a plus
Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying creative
solutions
