Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Advisor in the
Virginia/DC area.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to
enhance retirement outcomes
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
within the assigned territory
Document interactions in Salesforce and achieve individual and
plan-level goals to meet service agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3 - 5 years of relevant financial services experience
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Teams
FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required within established
timeline
Strong relationship building and territory management skills
