Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan application packages and evaluate borrower
qualifications and financial obligations
Analyze loan terms and ensure compliance with program guidelines
and company standards
Notify relevant parties of loan decisions and maintain knowledge of
loan products and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of Residential Mortgage Underwriting
experience
Current FHA CHUMS Direct Endorsement and VA LAPP/SAR
certifications
Ability to underwrite approximately 45 loans per month
Strong understanding of secondary market guidelines and mortgage
process flow
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
