Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to
manage emergency and non-emergency service calls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, determining priority
and category for service requests
Process emergency management requests and escalate to appropriate
leadership as needed
Provide accurate information to customers and perform necessary
follow-up activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with
customers
Experience with a case management system preferred
