Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local laws for North America entities and
manage governance documents
Support entity-related documentation requests and coordinate
M&A transactions and entity consolidation projects
Prepare Section 16 filings and maintain accurate ownership ledgers,
while assisting with proxy statement preparation
Required Qualifications
Paralegal certification/degree in the US with corporate governance
and transactional experience
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a law firm or multinational
company
Experience with Section 16 filings and related software
Notary preferred or willingness to become a notary
