Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to
provide IT and business application support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related
to IT and business applications
Investigate and document application defects, while managing
customer escalations and coordinating with colleagues
Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to
process enhancements that improve the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT
infrastructure
Previous experience in a customer support environment is
advantageous
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server
performance tools
Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP
networking concepts
Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to prevent
customer escalations
