A company is looking for a Senior Mobile UX Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver mobile-first experiences targeting end-to-end
member journeys
Lead design initiatives from discovery through implementation,
engaging in user research and iterative design
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate
business objectives into user-centric design solutions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in leading UX design for customer-facing
applications, particularly in payments and reimbursements
Strong track record in designing mobile-first applications that
simplify complex user journeys
Understanding of healthcare benefits claims and reimbursement
processes, including regulatory compliance
Expertise in human-centered design methodologies and user research
practices
Proficiency in Figma & FigJam for design and prototyping
