Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to oversee
full-cycle recruiting and mentor hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
while developing recruiting strategies
Collaborate with the talent team to enhance diversity initiatives
and streamline recruiting processes
Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates, ensuring a
positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
5 years of recruiting experience
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and
requisitions
Knowledge of diverse pipelines and inclusive recruiting best
practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
