Utilize the Drury Spirit Reservation Process effectively
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent
Experience in the service industry preferred
Ability to take written and verbal direction
Ability to operate a computer and manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Knowledge of company policies and procedures for guest service
