Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telemedicine RN - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate telemedicine care to
patients
Provide clinical leadership and support for the RN team, including
training and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with productivity targets and participate in
continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nursing licensure in all 50
states
Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in
a leadership role
Experience with training, development, and operations in a clinical
setting
Proficiency in telecommunication technology and electronic health
record (EHR) systems
