A company is looking for a SVP of Business Development to lead
revenue growth and manage strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned
with company goals
Build and lead a high-performing sales team while managing business
development efforts across key partner types
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and
drive sales forecasting and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success, with at
least five years in a leadership role in B2B healthcare
Proven track record of closing key enterprise deals with health
systems and payors
Experience scaling sales at a startup from $10M to $30M+ ARR
Strong leadership skills to oversee and motivate the sales team
Experience developing growth strategies with executive teams
