Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Threat Detection.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monitoring of security events and incidents to ensure
timely detection and response
Develop and lead Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Cyber
Threat Intelligence functions
Manage team performance, set goals, and foster a collaborative team
environment
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or related fields
5+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record in Threat
Hunt or Incident Response
Hands-on experience with Incident Response tools and protocols
Strong experience in writing detection rules and conducting threat
hunts
Certifications such as GDAT, GCIH, GPEN, GCTI are strongly
preferred
