Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for key accounts and
new channels
Lead and mentor the Key Accounts team, ensuring alignment with
company strategy
Analyze sales data and market trends to drive data-driven
decision-making and customer success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Advanced degree or MBA preferred
14+ years of related sales/account experience
10 years of CPG-related experience
