Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to ensure
regulatory compliance and support examination processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of the compliance program by analyzing current
practices and implementing improvements
Research and interpret federal and state laws to provide actionable
insights for business units
Oversee compliance-related projects and serve as a liaison to the
Technology division for integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of compliance experience within a financial
institution or regulatory agency
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Juris Doctor) is preferred
Experience with project management and conducting risk
assessments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
systems
