Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager Lead to oversee
large, complex corporate HR projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level HR projects and
programs
Develop project scope, objectives, and plans while communicating
with stakeholders
Guide project teams in requirements gathering, testing, and
implementation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and a minimum of nine years of relevant
experience, or a Bachelor's degree and six years of experience
Proven experience leading projects and project delivery
Familiarity with project management principles and
methodologies
Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical
resources
Technical proficiency in project management software
