Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data Operations and
Strategy to lead and transform its data operations and
governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the organization's data strategy and
foster a data-driven decision-making culture
Oversee data infrastructure and establish processes for data
ingestion, transformation, and integration
Develop and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure compliance
with security and privacy standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior data leadership role focused on data
operations or governance
Strong understanding of data architectures, including cloud
platforms and data warehouses
Expertise in data governance and compliance regulations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data operations, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role
