Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Problem Management Analyst
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead investigations and analyze critical and high-priority
multi-platform problems to determine root cause and business
impact
Manage activities and processes in the problem management space to
prevent incident recurrence
Serve as the primary contact for documentation and communication
regarding problem status and next steps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or a
minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
Minimum of six years of experience in mainframe, client, compute,
telecom operations, application development, or services
Experience with BMC Remedy or related ITSM tools
Familiarity with analytical tools like IBM Blueworks, Power BI, or
advanced Excel
Knowledge of lean principles and meeting facilitation skills
