Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Premier Support Engineer to
deliver technical support and enhance platform stability for
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between customers and Cloudera organizations throughout
the CDP and Cloud deployment lifecycle
Manage technical customer feedback and provide regular briefings on
platform releases and roadmap
Conduct root cause analysis and assist in planning for critical
milestones and upgrades
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or
equivalent experience
5 years of technical support experience
2 years of enterprise account management experience
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting in
Linux or Windows environments
Hadoop knowledge and skills are essential
