Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patient Financial Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Submit and follow up on claims, review denials, and ensure timely
payment processing
Serve as a primary point of contact for patient billing inquiries
and account resolutions
Analyze explanations of benefits (EOBs), research discrepancies,
and post payments accurately
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in a medical billing office or
related role
Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing and
follow-up is preferred
Knowledge of insurance processing, coordination of benefits, and
medical terminology
Familiarity with ICD-10 coding, Brightree, EPIC, OnBase, and
Microsoft Office 365
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes and payor
guidelines
