Job Description:
A company is looking for a Self Pay Collections Lead
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the collections
team, ensuring timely and accurate collections
Monitors performance metrics and adjusts strategies to meet
department goals
Implements process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
and reduce outstanding receivables
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required
Associate Degree or higher preferred
5-7 years of collections experience in a medical facility or
similar environment required
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle preferred
