Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management and accounting for the company
Maintain internal controls for a residential portfolio of over
3,000 units
Prepare monthly reporting and manage investor distributions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in financial management within the real estate
sector
Hands-on experience with DACA accounts and CAP EX draws
Familiarity with Appfolio software is a plus
Strong background in budgeting and financial reporting
Experience managing banking relationships and compliance
