Job Description:
A company is looking for a Banking Customer Advocate 1 (Contact
Center Representative).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a large volume of inbound customer contacts and build
positive relationships
Support customer requests for research and documentation,
coordinating with internal teams
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for service,
productivity, and quality
Required Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent
2+ years of contact center experience and/or comparable banking
experience
Financial Services experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
Working proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus
