Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Litigation
for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation intake and process contested documentation in the
case management system
Draft, file, and follow up on Motion for Summary Judgment and
related court pleadings
Maintain case management systems and provide updates to attorneys
and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years of foreclosure experience, with 2+ years preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with foreclosure processing client systems preferred
Ability to type quickly and accurately, with proficiency in
technology
