Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their
Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for up to 40
requisitions, using creative sourcing methods
Develop a strong understanding of the business and its competitive
landscape to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand their
goals and provide labor market insights
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Advisor/Talent
Acquisition Partner
Experience in filling high-volume hourly and professional salary
roles
Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably
Workday
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
